There are still a lot of greens!

In the final couple of weeks before leaving for Quebec, there are still a lot of greens to be harvested.  

I’ve been doing my best, but… our nice renters came over yesterday to plant tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers after my invitation.  We hop-scotched them between the chard and various kales. 

Neither of them like chard, the only one of the greens that would thrive in the summer, so I’ll be harvesting all of the greens before leaving.  I think I’ll freeze them for our return in the fall.  We’ve eaten an awful lot of greens already.
