Such fun to harvest more rhubarb!

 I'd never lived anywhere before that rhubarb grew.  Volunteers (at the botanical garden where I worked) who had moved from the north to the Southeast, lamented this.

Here in Quebec, we had shaded clumps of rhubarb, but the clump that was planted a couple of years ago, in full sun, is producing huge stems.  I've already made delicious rhubarb nut loaves.

These petioles are destined for something delicious. And the strawberries nearby are flowering.  Yay! 

In my left hand, I have a small asparagus harvest.  Hooray for that, too.
