Some delicious oyster mushrooms

I post much more now on Places of the Spirit, my second blog site. But I thought these nice greenhouse-grown oyster mushrooms from Quebec deserved a call-out here.

The company, Le Ciel, has figured out how to grow a variety of mushrooms under controlled conditions.  They're delicious.  

The same company produced the best radishes I've ever eaten in the winter, under greenhouse conditions.

Glad to be able to buy both!
